Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a full refund or free replacement within 7 working days of delivery if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.
  • You receive a product different from your order.

Conditions for Return:

 
  • Initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A clear unpacking video (without cuts or pauses)is required to claim a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, ribbons, and labels attached.
  • Any items with perfume, pet hair, smoke, or makeup stains will not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchange Process:

 
  1. Initiate a Return Request: Email support@girlychicboutique.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Return Shipment: Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support.
  3. Quality Inspection: Our QC team will inspect the returned item.
  4. Exceptions: Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description.

  • Refunds are issued based on the payment method used:
  • Online Payments: Credited back to your card/account within 7 working days.

Missing Items

 
  • Check your order upon delivery.
  • Claims for missing items must be made within 24 hours of delivery by email or phone.
