Return / Exchange

We offer a full refund or free replacement within 7 working days of delivery if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You receive a product different from your order.

Return

  • Initiate a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A clear unpacking video (without cuts or pauses) is required to claim a refund or exchange.
  • Items must be in original condition with all tags, ribbons, and labels attached.
  • Any items with perfume, pet hair, smoke, or makeup stains will not be eligible for return.
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchange

  • Initiate a Return Request:Email support@girlychic.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Return Shipment:Securely pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our support.
  • Quality Inspection:Our QC team will inspect the returned item.
  • Exceptions:Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description.

Missing Items

  • Check your order upon delivery.
  • Claims for missing items must be made within 24 hoursof delivery by email or phone.

Refund

Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.
